I have bought most of my clothes recently from there, and have gotten a lot of compliments on many of the things I've gotten. A good example is this jacket that I wear all the time and I have gotten so many compliments and people asking where I got it. It's also one of the few places I've found that has jeans that fit my body shape (they're called "curvy jeans"). They also sell on Amazon (but not usually as good a sale price) and you can search for the stuff there and read any reviews. For example, I almost bought a shirt until I read something on an Amazon review saying that it wasn't fitted in the back and so it fit like a lab coat if you're curvy. From the way the model was in the photo, you couldn't tell that. There was also a sweater that I wasn't sure about until I read three five-star reviews about how well it fit and how soft it was..

Also, you can check out this site where people post the current coupon codes from the catalog if you don't receive it. You can generally find a discount code and/or a free shipping code.

So bottom line: find the clothes on NN, check for reviews on Amazon, buy at NN with discounted gift card and coupon codes. Yay!
