Ok so the party was set to go from "4pm til whenever" right? So Justin shows up about 6pm (he's one of the co-conspirators responsible for setting up the party) and then nobody else comes until like... 10:30? I was seriously afraid nobody was going to show at all. But then people started arriving, and they were carpooling so we'd get 2-4 people for one car. It ended up being a really fun party. The first part was mostly about listening to music and chatting in the living room, (with food), then we went outside and played with the LED lit bo staff (everyone) and we got out the juggling torches (Dan and me) and the fire poi (just me), which was fun. After that there were periods of playing Rock Band (which was so much fun!) and watching South Park and more sitting around talking.

I think everyone had a good time. The last three guests just left 10 minutes ago, at about 4:30am. Dan is asleep already. I will go join him in a few minutes. I cleaned up a little bit but I'm leaving most of it for tomorrow.

Last weekend when Dusty sewed up Ding's paw again, he also removed a mass from higher up her arm and sent it to the lab. The results just came back. It's metastasized lung cancer, they think. It's a rare form, apparently, and one that frequently moves to the extremities as it seems to have done with her. She has shown no symptoms of lung cancer, though. No difficulty breathing, no coughing, appetite is good, etc. so for now we aren't doing anything different to treat her. We will just try to maintain her quality of life as long as we can.
